Yes, our 2 Bedroom Superior Suite and 2 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment feature a 1 Bedroom plus Studio Suite that interconnect with their main entry door.

Yes, maximum occupancy of our 1 Bedroom Suites is three guests.  All of our 1 Bedroom Suites feature one king or queen bed in the bedroom. A sofa bed can be made up in the living room for the third guest. 

Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying each room. To accommodate more guests, you are required to modify your reservation. You will be notified of any additional charges during the modification process, prior to confirming your updated reservation.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, the hotel has a strict no party policy - excessive noise, music or number of people will be asked to leave the building.

Our guaranteed check in time is from 2:00 pm. We are able to request earlier check in times, which is subject to availability. Please note this cannot be guaranteed, however, we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Checkout time is at 11:00 am. Late checkout is available for a fee (amount may vary, subject to availability).

On arrival, please park your car in the driveway outside the main hotel entrance, please do not unpack the vehicle. When checking in, our friendly reception team will provide you with the car park access instructions. Access to the hotel floors is available directly from the car park once parked.

You can use Google or Apple pay to cover the accommodation charges, however we do require a physical card with the full card number displayed for a security bond on arrival.

Quay West Suites Melbourne have introduced intensified hygiene & prevention measures to ensure guests safety. The ALLSafe label verified by Bureau Veritas represents our new elevated cleanliness protocols and standards and provides assurance that these standards have been met in our hotels.

In line with the Accor ALLSafe program, unnecessary items have been removed from our guest rooms. This includes: magazines, books, information cards and decorative pillows. Items such as bottled water, minibar items, bathrobes & slippers are available on a request basis. This is so we can maintain the highest possible hygiene practices.
