The staff at the Quay West Suites went above and beyond especially Malcolm and James on the front desk.They couldn’t do enough for you. Customer service at its best so engaging and very approachable.
The apartment was fantastic spacious and clean. Location spot on. Breakfast delicious.
I have stayed at many hotels this is the best in Melbourne thanks to the amazing staff. Thank you Quay West staff for making our stay so special. We will be back ☺️
